The usage period of the data plan starts with the first data usage within the coverage area.

Installing the e-SIM does not start the usage period of the data plan.

The 5G service is valid in areas where the relevant operator provides service in the relevant country.

In areas without 5G service and if your phone does not support 5G service, the connection continues at the highest possible speed.

Unlimited plans are offered with fair usage speed. From the moment the plan is activated, in 24-hour periods, the first 1 GB of data used is provided at the highest possible speed, and subsequent data usage is provided at 512 kbps speed. When 24 hours are completed, the speed increases again to the highest possible level.

Turk Telekom, Turkcell

All purchases are for data packages and are charged on a one-time basis. There are no recurring fees or automatic renewals. Any future purchases of additional data packages by the user will also be processed as separate, one-time transactions.

Globalalo assigns a mobile line operating via eSIM technology (an eSIM profile) for the use of the purchased data package. No additional fee is charged for this line. The assigned eSIM profile remains active for the specified validity period. During this period, the eSIM profile will remain active at no cost even if the data package is fully consumed. Once the specified validity period expires, the eSIM profile is automatically deactivated.

If a new data package is purchased for use on the same eSIM profile, the validity period of the eSIM profile is automatically extended in accordance with the newly purchased package.

No identity registration is required or performed when purchasing the line and data plan. The information you enter during the purchase phase is required to deliver the product to you and is mandated by the banks providing the payment service.

This line does not have coverage in Northern Cyprus.

If you want to use your line for a total of 91 days or more within 120 days, you will need to register your device\'s IMEI number with the Turkish Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) and pay a one-time tax.
