Important Notes

To use a Globalalo eSIM, your device must be unlocked and eSIM compatible

Procedures that void your warranty, such as jailbreaking or rooting your device, may cause issues when installing an eSIM

Manual Check

While on the phone call screen, dial *#06#

If you see a number with the heading "EID" on the resulting screen, your device is eSIM compatible

Check from the List

There may be country and carrier-specific restrictions

Not all devices may be listed. Your device might still be eSIM compatible even if it's not on the list

If you set up your device after April 23, 2020, your eSIM will be activated after setup. If your eSIM is not activated, contact your carrier.

Only iPad devices with Wi-Fi + Cellular features are supported.
