By using the services, you acknowledge that all conditions herein are binding, and you agree to be subject to these articles.

• End users: Individuals who obtain services through Globalalo accounts for personal purposes and interact directly with the system.

• Corporate users: Institutions that benefit from solutions provided by Globalalo within the scope of their business processes or customer management, sharing the personal data of end customers directly or indirectly.

• End customers: Individuals who access or use Globalalo services through a corporate user or use the solutions ordered.

In this text, the term “customer” is used to encompass all those benefiting from the service, including end users, corporate users, or end customers, depending on the situation. 2. Globalalo’s Data and Communication Services

Globalalo offers, but is not limited to, digital connectivity services via eSIM technology. This technology reduces the need for a physical SIM card during travel, facilitating international communication.

To benefit from these services, you need to create a Globalalo account. During registration, you may be required to provide current and accurate information such as name, address, phone, and email. Your account security is your responsibility, including password sharing or unauthorized access.

• End users: Make transactions directly through Globalalo’s website or application for personal use.

• Corporate users: May transact through Globalalo’s website or application, or benefit from services through specially designed platforms by providing additional information suitable for their business operations (company name, tax information, address, etc.).

• End customers: May be included in Globalalo’s service through a corporate user.

Ensuring that the device to be used is eSIM-compatible and unlocked is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

3. Commencement and Termination of the Contract

The contract between the customer and Globalalo begins when an order is placed through Globalalo’s website, application, or a partner platform.

• End users: The contract may be terminated after the eSIM is activated or removed from the device.

• Corporate users: May be subject to different termination conditions based on special agreements or the active status on partner platforms.

4. Payments and Currency

Globalalo offers the possibility of payment by credit or debit card. Prices may be in Turkish Lira (TRY), Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), or other currencies deemed appropriate.

Upon user request or automatically, an invoice is issued for each transaction. The invoice is sent via email, and the customer may also share additional details such as corporate information.

5. Viewing and Delivery of eSIM

The user can view the purchased eSIM under the “My eSIMs” tab on Globalalo’s website or application. Purchase confirmation is notified via email, SMS, or both. Globalalo does not guarantee that the email or SMS will reach the user. All information about the eSIM and its loading is available in your account.

Globalalo aims to respond to different user needs by offering various methods with different integration options.

6. Cancellation, Refund, and Change

If the user is unable to benefit from the services due to Globalalo’s intentional error or negligence, the user may request a refund or exchange within 30 days. However, if Globalalo can resolve the issue within 10 days of receiving the notification, it is not obligated to make a refund.

The following situations are subject to non-refundable or restricted refund policies:

• Fees incurred through other lines or phones

• Fraudulent transactions or unauthorized purchases

• Objections to incorrect charges must be reported to Globalalo in detail within 12 days

• Accidental purchases: Once an eSIM is loaded, it is considered usable and cannot be refunded

All other refund requests outside of this policy may be evaluated, and if approved, a processing fee may apply.

The customer must submit refund requests to the Globalalo support team by opening a ticket via the site/application’s internal support system. Due to bank processes, the refunded amount may take up to 30 business days to appear on the credit card statement.

End users who purchase through resellers may request a refund via the relevant reseller/corporate user. Refunds for corporate users may be provided in the form of Globalalo credit or a credit note.
